How Nextfield Labs LLC, Wyoming, USA operates AI Editor RSP and handles account data, uploaded images, generation requests, payment records, analytics, and support requests.

Data we process
We process Google login account information, uploaded images and prompt text needed to run editor requests, free quota and usage records, support messages, and basic analytics events.
Image and prompt processing
Generation requests are processed server-side through the configured AI provider. Provider keys stay server-side. Temporary result URLs may be used to deliver generated previews.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout, automatic tax calculation fields, billing address and tax ID collection, receipts, subscriptions, and credit-pack payment records. Stripe is the payment processor, not AI Editor RSP's Merchant of Record. AI Editor RSP stores entitlement and order records in Cloudflare D1 for account, refund, tax, and support handling.
Analytics and infrastructure
The site uses Cloudflare delivery and Plausible analytics, and may use GA4/Clarity when configured for product analytics. Analytics is used to measure page views, CTA clicks, tool usage, and errors.
Your choices
Contact support@aieditorrsp.net for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. We may retain records required for security, legal, billing, tax, or support obligations.
Billing and credits: AI Editor RSP is operated by Nextfield Labs LLC, Wyoming, USA. Google login, Stripe Checkout, Stripe Tax collection fields, subscription credits, credit packs, and receipt-backed entitlement records are wired through the production backend. Stripe remains the payment processor, not a Merchant of Record; filing, remittance, support, and refund obligations remain with the operator.
