Updated May 29, 2026

Operator

AI Editor RSP is operated by Nextfield Labs LLC, Wyoming, USA. Refund and billing support is handled at support@aieditorrsp.net.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe Checkout and entitlement changes are recorded after webhook confirmation. You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription charge or renewal charge. Review considers payment status, account access, credit usage, and whether subscription credits were consumed successfully.

Credit packs

Credit-pack refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are generally available only for unused credit-pack credits and are reviewed against the Stripe receipt, Cloudflare D1 entitlement record, and whether purchased credits were already consumed successfully.

Failed generations

When a generation fails before a usable provider result is returned, the platform is designed not to consume paid credits. If you believe quota or credits were counted incorrectly, contact support.

Taxes and receipts

Stripe Checkout handles payment processing, automatic tax calculation fields, billing address, tax ID collection, and receipts. Stripe is the payment processor, not AI Editor RSP's Merchant of Record; refund review may preserve records required for billing, tax, and compliance.

Request and processing timeframe

Email support@aieditorrsp.net with your account email, Stripe receipt, approximate purchase time, affected plan or credit pack, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days and, when approved, submit the refund through Stripe within 5 business days. Bank/card posting time is controlled by Stripe and the payment method. Do not send secrets.

Billing and credits: AI Editor RSP is operated by Nextfield Labs LLC, Wyoming, USA. Google login, Stripe Checkout, Stripe Tax collection fields, subscription credits, credit packs, and receipt-backed entitlement records are wired through the production backend. Stripe remains the payment processor, not a Merchant of Record; filing, remittance, support, and refund obligations remain with the operator.
